My doctor wrote a prescription. Now what?

Once the pharmacy receives a prescription from your provider, the pharmacy will reach out to you within one business day. If you have not heard from the pharmacy within 2 business days of your appointment, please call the pharmacy.

Once we speak to the patient to verify demographics and payment information, the prescription will be prepared by one of the compounding technicians. This process can take up to 2 business days.
